Shipping & returns

General:

When an order is placed at https://www.barnkatclothing.com/ you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days after the confirmation email. When your order ships we will send an additional email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs:

BarnKat ships within the United States through USPS (the United States Postal Service) and shipping costs are calculated by weight through a third party integration called ShipStation. Questions on shipping to other regions and countries can be directed to our E-Mail [email protected]

Return Policy:
BarnKat gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund. Customers may return items within 14 days of original delivery for a full refund to the payment used at purchase, and they may mail returns via USPS.

Customers may exchange items within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
